Surface Preparation & Application Guide
1. Direct Application (Uniform White Substrates)
If your surface is clean, dry, non-powdery, and an even white color, apply Coverit Sensi directly to the wall. Use a soft-bristle brush or specialty decorative tool to apply the paint in sweeping, cross-hatching strokes to distribute the fine sands evenly.
2. Standard Application (Uneven or Previously Painted Walls)
First, scrape away any loose or peeling paint, sand lightly, and clean off dust. Apply 1 coat of Texprime using a short-pile paint roller to create a solid, uniform foundation. Allow Decoprimer to dry completely before applying Sensi.
💡 Pro Tip: Apply Sensi using a wide brush in light, alternating diagonal passes (“X” patterns). As the paint begins to set, lightly pass over the high points with an empty, dry brush to cluster the fine mineral sands for a softer, cloud-like metallic sheen.
