Formulated with advanced non-yellowing UV stabilizers, Cerbero Base deeply penetrates cement pores to lock out water, oil, grease, and aggressive household chemicals without altering or discoloring the original micro-cement tone over time. It functions either as a standalone semi-gloss finish for non-walkable vertical walls or as the high-adhesion primary base coat required on floors prior to applying topcoat sealers.
