💡 Pro Tip: Ensure the concrete substrate is clean, sound, and saturated surface-dry (SSD) prior to application. Apply the first layer with a rubber squeegee to fill micro-cracks and surface pores, then follow with a second coat using a broom or trowel once the base layer has set to create a uniform, slip-resistant finish.
