How to Apply Moiré Metallic Plaster

Depending on your skill level, divide your project into manageable zones. Always mask adjacent walls, trim, and flooring before starting.

Method 1: Trowel & Spatula Application (For Maximum Depth)

1. First Coat: Apply a thin, full coat of Moiré using a cross-hatch pattern. Allow to set for 15 minutes.

2. Burnish/Texture: Apply a partial coat while keeping your trowel flat against the surface to build layers and reflectivity.

3. Second Coat: Once fully dry, repeat the process with a second thin coat to finalize the shimmering movement.

Method 2: Roller & Brush / Scraper (For Faster Application)

1. Roll Moiré evenly over the surface.

2. Immediately work the wet plaster using a brush or scraper blade to create your desired texture.
