Texturline Natural Beeswax
Breathable Natural Beeswax for Italian Plasters
Protect and enhance your plaster finishes with Texturline Natural Beeswax (Cera Naturale). Formulated from pure natural beeswax, palm oil, and vegetable fatty acids, this water-based protective topcoat shields delicate lime surfaces from dirt, dust, and light water contact without altering the underlying plaster color.
Because it remains fully vapor-permeable, Texturline Natural Beeswax allows walls to breathe naturally while enriching sheen and color depth. Consequently, it is the essential finishing coat for sealing Venetian plaster, Marmorino, and Intonachino on luxury interior feature walls.

Step-by-Step Application Guide
1. Polished & Glossy Finishes (Marmorino Classic, Carrara, Venetian)
-
Preparation: Ensure the plaster coat has cured completely for at least 24 hours.
-
Application: Work in small sections (approx. 5 sq. ft. / $0.5\text{ m}^2$ at a time). Apply an even layer of wax using a soft sponge, passing over the area twice.
-
Buffing: Before the wax dries, wipe away excess material with a non-woven (TNT) cloth. Buff firmly to develop a rich sheen.
-
High-Gloss Polishing: For maximum shine, allow the wax to dry for several hours, then polish using a electric polisher equipped with a wool pad.
2. Textured & Rough Finishes (Intonachino, Textured Plasters)
-
Application: Apply the wax evenly using a soft brush, then immediately spread and compact it across the surface with a sponge float.
-
Dark Colors & Tinting: When working over dark plasters, tint the wax with matching pigment to prevent white wax residue from showing in deep surface recesses.
💡 Pro Tip: Working with a two-person team on large walls speeds up application significantly—one applicator spreads the wax with a sponge while the second follows immediately behind to wipe excess wax and buff to a shine.
